Last night in Chicago, Vice President Kamala Harris wowed the DNC and our nation with a powerful and inspiring acceptance speech. Now, it’s up to us to help her and Governor Tim Walz (watch his speech here) get to the White House.
We know that Kamala understands the challenges our members and American families face. And as a former pubic school teacher and AFT member, Tim does too. Together they will chart a new course for our nation.
But they can’t do it alone. To quote Michelle Obama, we must “Do Something”! Go to mobilize.us/aft to sign up to make calls to AFT members in battleground states or write postcards to ask them to vote for Kamala Harris for President.
Our national union was the first one to endorse Kamala Harris for President. And we know IFT members are fired up and ready to make sure she wins!
