Using the interactive multimedia learning tool, CD-ROM technology combined with classroom discussion, reflection journal and independent study, the Most Valued Profession (MVP) series brings professional development opportunities to both novice and veteran teachers.

The IFT has created 30-hour courses using the MVP CD-ROMS. Training manuals and materials have been developed. Instructors have been trained by the IFT and are prepared to offer classes in their locals and surrounding areas.
